LOBBY ENTRANCE

Incorporate high quality, durable wall and paving treatment, lighting, signage and landscaping (seasonal greenery and first and last impression.Parking garage entrances to the Lobby are planned
as dedicated stairs and shuttle elevators that deliver guests directly to the hotel lobby where guests transfer to hotel passenger elevators only after exposed to passive observation at the Lobby
Size/Area: Sufficient to accommodate arriving and departing guests, luggage handling, guest disabilities, and emergency exiting requirements.
 
Entry Portal: Provide double door entrances with decorative hardware. E the exterior entrance.Protect entrance lobby from weather; include off surface in vestibule prior to Lobby entry.Provide a separate luggage to avoid congestion at the entrance.
 
Vestibule: Enclose vestibule(s) for guest and employee comfort. Protect space and persons from regional temperate and cold climates with temperature extremes. for "stack effect" drafts in high-rise buildings
 
Doors:

The main entrances to the lobby must go through a double vestibule for adequate climate protection. Doors to be either electronically operated or hand opened. Hand opened doors must incorporate detailed decorative handles in brass, timber or similar architectural material.

If electronically operated doors are used then additional breakout doors are required in the event of door failure. Doors must be far enough apart to avoid draft effect. Hardware shall be heavy-duty.

Circular rotating doors are not acceptable

Based on the anticipated traffic, provide combinations of fixed, swing, sliding doors, and revolving, glazed door panels. Doors may be automatic, electronically actuated sliding glass doors or revolving door (power assisted revolving doors may be required because of door size).
