combination of bright yet warm colors. Do not use
dull, delicate, somber, monochromatic and predominance
of cold
• Accent and complement the Lobby and Public
Spaces with collection of fine art and artifacts,
and predominately representational style art and/or
artifacts.
• Accent framed art with high quality matting
and frames and present them in a very traditional
but sophisticated

Use wood or stone finish. If carpeted, incorporate

style overall with residential appearance but of commercial
grade construction for public space use. •
Comfortable and intimate groupings of lounge seating
for waiting. Provide ample quantity of end tables with
table lamps to create warm, intimate and inviting seating
groups. • Upholstered overstuffed seatings
with bright, cheerful, rich contrasting colors.

• Furnishing Tops: Stone or wood tops |
Feature Items: Elegant
and decorative focal point such as grand scale display
table, water feature, decorative columns or similar
attribute with live floral arrangements.
