Fan Coil Applications

Fan-coil systems are best applied where individual space temperature control is needed. Fan-coil systems also prevent cross-contamination from one room to another. Suitable applications are hotels, motels, apartment buildings, and office buildings. Fan-coil systems are used in many hospitals, but they are less desirable because of the low-efficiency filtration and difficulty in maintaining adequate cleanliness in the unit and enclosure.
